Paul McWilliams - Director of Field Operations: Mr. McWilliams oversees all field construction operations for Boulder Creek. With over 30 years of experience working in construction (primarily residential), Paul provides Boulder Creek with keen knowledge and insight into the effective management of multiple site supervisors / construction sites and trade contractors. Mr. McWilliams is passionate regarding the use of web-based construction management tools to improve production scheduling, budget management and QA/QC functions, with corresponding reduction in warranty expense. Paul is an avid graduate of Colorado State University – his safety helmet sports the CSU Ram logo and colors!
