Boulder Creek provides an array of development and construction services, including land development, land planning, architecture, project approval, project management, general contracting, option administration, marketing, and consulting. Since 2006, we have tailored our residential development to meet the demands and needs of the ”active lifestyle” homeowner, including professionals, empty nesters, semi-retired and post-children “Baby Boomers,” through the creation of low-maintenance, single-family and multi-family homes. We believe that a change in lifestyle is the main reason people within this demographic are interested in purchasing a new home, and we design and build to achieve that end.
