David B. Gregg - Managing Director and Principal: Mr. Gregg is responsible for architecture, community development and design for Boulder Creek, having 20 + years of experience in design, architecture, land use planning and city land use approvals. Prior to making the leap from traditional architectural practice to homebuilding in 1995, David worked as a senior architect and planner for Downing Thorp & James, a leading Metro Denver and National architecture and land use planning consulting firm. Mr. Gregg is a licensed professional architect, and a member of the National Association of Homebuilders. David is Mayor Pro-Tem on the Board of Trustees for the Town of Berthoud, Colorado.  Mr. Gregg holds a B.S. in Architectural Design from Arizona State University, graduating Cum Laude.
