Janet and Kirsty recently announced that they are joining forces with Metro Brokers and setting up a new company, Thompson Daviau Realty, Inc.

Kirsty will serve as Managing Broker and both Kirsty and Janet have upgraded their licenses to Managing Broker status.

Thompson Daviau will be based at 4845 Pearl East Circle, Suite 101, Boulder, CO 80301 as of Tuesday, July 12.  Congratulations, Kirsty and Janet!

On July 20, Boulder Creek had the pleasure of presenting Pat Kahler of Re/Max Traditions Longmont with an iPad she won at a recent exclusive We Love Realtors anniversary event.  The event featured food, fun, and more information on Boulder Creek’s enhanced registered Realtor program, which features advance notifications of new listings, price and commission changes on top of Boulder Creek’s move-in-ready homes, Web-based tools, and exclusive events for registered Realtors.

Pat entered herself in the drawing by correctly completing a quiz about Boulder Creek’s Kingsbridge Townhomes, and she was presented with her iPad in her office with her peers present. Congrats, Pat!
